The Systems Analyst position is responsible for serving as the key liaison between our technology team members and our business, will have a thorough understanding of the internal technology systems that we use and be able to communicate the needs verbally and in writing, as well as document processes and test applications to meet business needs. The Systems Analyst is required to identify and resolve problematic issues and always seek to provide the highest level of customer service. Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid remote and in office position. Our office is in Pikesville, Maryland office and reports directly to the Chief Information & Innovation Officer. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Expected Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule.
Travel:
Minimal travel is required.
